You will need to bring a valid form of identification along with the document that you want notarized.
1) U.S. Driver License
2) A driver’s license issued by another state or by a Canadian or Mexican public agency authorized to issue driver's licenses.
3) U.S. Identification Card with the required photograph, description of the person, signature of the person, and an identifying number. (Some military identification cards do not contain all the required information.)
4) U.S. Passport
5) A passport issued by a foreign government, provided that it has been stamped by the U.S.
Immigration and Naturalization Service or the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
6) U.S. military identification card
7) An employee identification card issued by an agency or office of the State of California,
or an agency or office of a city, county, or city and county in California.
IMPORTANT: Expired identification is acceptable IF issued within 5 years of date of notarization. Not acceptable for real estate transactions.
Yes. Unacceptable forms of identification are as follows:
Yes. Your document should be filled out prior to your appointment, exluding your signature and date.
No. It is required that you sign the document in the presence of a notary.
Yes. Since all appointments are considered mobile you must schedule your appointment in advance.

No. Prison requirements are very strict for visitors. Therefore, we elect NOT to extend this service.
Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and any card displaying the JCB logo (credit, corporate, debit, prepaid, rewards).

Only if you were told by the an authorized authority associated with your document to obtain a witness(es).
You will need to bring your own witness(es) to the appointment. They will need witness the signer sign the document, present their identification, sign the notary book, and be thumbprinted. Please be advised if the signer is in a health care facility it is advised to contact the facility in advance to see if a health care specialist is allowed to act as a witness. Most facilities will not allow staff members to act in this capacity.
Yes. The signer must be able to communicate with the notary without assistance from others. If you need a notary to speak a specific language please contact us for assistance. Please keep in mind this process may take a few hours to find an available notary.
